Dining Room Reveal and Tour

Today’s the day – the dining room reveal and tour!! I’ve been waiting for this moment for quite some time! After much planning, painting the walls from green to a crisp white, hanging our modern and geometric wallpaper and installing a gorgeous new light fixture, the room is ready to make it’s debut! You might recall our dining room sneak peek when we first moved in? Well, it’s come along way – wouldn’t you say?! Without further adieu, welcome to our new and improved dining space!

looks amazing! I love that the wallpaper darkens it but doesn’t completely make it look dreary. If that makes sense haha

    • HelloLidy

Exactly!!! I love that about it too – it’s enough to bring variation, but not overwhelm the space :) Thank you so much!

  • Such a beautiful space, Lidy! I love the dramatic wallpaper and light fixture. Can this be my dining room? :)

    • HelloLidy

Thank you so much!! The wallpaper and chandelier really work brilliantly together, I’m very pleased with how that turned out 😉 If there was a way to transport it to you, I would 😉

This is just gorgeous. Its so dramatic but warm at the same time. I LOVE your wallpaper selection. For the record, that was my guess!

Bravo! Are you going to re-hang your planter?? What fun seeing your home evolve.

    • HelloLidy

Good eye! My hubby thinks I should get a plant to go in it first because it’s weird on it’s own? Haha – so we shall see!

      XOXO

  • It looks beautiful, Lidy! I love the wallpaper. (Oh, and you did finally inspire me to go white. I started painting last weekend!)

    • HelloLidy

  • seriously beautiful lidy! where are your different colored sheepskins from?

    • HelloLidy

Thank you so much Madeline! The darker sheepskins are from IKEA and the lighter ones are from Homegoods :)

      XOXO

  • This is simply spectacular! It’s got everything I love – gold, black, geometric patterns, and wood. I would never leave this room. Cheers!

    • HelloLidy

Let me just say that your video on the Walls Republic blog is the cutest darn thing I’ve ever seen Lidy!!
Just wondering…..in the beginning, what was the piece of tape for near the ceiling?
    Again, GREAT job!!

    • HelloLidy

Haha, thank you!!! It was pretty fun putting it together, so I’m glad you enjoyed it :) The tape at the beginning of the video was actually a plumb line. It helped us make a straight line to use as a guide for when we started putting the wallpaper up!

      XOXO
