DIY Birthday Invites

It’s only a couple weeks away from our little girl’s 2nd birthday! I am so behind, but I’ve been a little preoccupied lately! Having three kiddos changes a lot of things, let me tell you. I am SO excited for this birthday! I’ve mentioned before how I am having a Russian doll theme birthday and I am so happy to have Minted be a part of my party planning! I have some of the most beautiful party decor, but I will reveal all of it at a later time!

I pulled some of the colors from the Minted party decor and used it on the invites. I decided to make it bright, feminine and happy! My little girl loves the color pink, as she should, so it’s a prominent color on the invites and in the decor! I want to make this a totally girly party – since she is ALL girl. Drama. Diva. Princess. You name it, that’s our girl!

She’s been quite the handful lately, but it’s to be expected. They don’t call it “terrible twos” for nothing. She cries over everything, “no” is her favorite word, she sneaks out of time out when no one’s looking – like I said, a handful. But in a lot of ways, my heart is happy knowing that she is a typical 2 year old girl.

So, I will be busy having fun planning her party these next few days! I will keep you posted on all the fun little details to come! All her cute friends are so young, so I’m going to be keeping it simple. Just some goodies, maybe one or two fun age-appropriate games and presents of course. I know she will be happy just being the center of everyones attention – like she’s not already!

XOXO, Lidy
