DIY Paper Pumpkins
Undertake this fun DIY paper pumpkin project which is super cute. Paper pumpkin is easy to make and great for Halloween decoration!
You can make your own DIY paper pumpkins for Halloween and fall this year, using a variety of cute scrapbook paper! You’ll love how versatile this project can be, make them as traditional or as funky as you want! Plus, it’s easy to match these cute pumpkins with your home decor.
What you will need:
- Scrapbook paper
- Hot glue gun or regular glue
What to do
Start with a small to a medium square of paper (the bigger the square – the bigger the pumpkins will be). Cut your paper into strips length-wise. Glue the bottom of each strip into a circular form, one on top of the other. Repeat with the top of each strip, and you will see your paper pumpkin start to form! Now cut a smaller strip and fold 1/3 of the way down. Glue the flat surface to the top of your pumpkin to act as the pumpkin stump. You can also trace out a leaf and cut it out and glue it to the pumpkin. This will give it a finishing touch!
This project was a lot of fun and super simple. It would be a great craft to do with the kids or a bunch of friends over tea and coffee!!! Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
