A. Getting Started

1. How do I get access?

You have two options:

  1. Facebook Subscriber – Subscribe to Hello Lidy on Facebook to unlock the website for free. Log in with Facebook on the Login page, then go to Redeem Code and enter the current month’s subscriber code.

  2. Website Plan – Purchase a membership on our Pricing page for instant access after checkout.

2. I’m a Facebook Subscriber. How do I use the monthly code?

  1. Go to Login and select Continue with Facebook.

  2. Visit Redeem Code, paste the current month’s code, and click Activate.

  3. You’ll see a success message and can then access the Members Area.

Tip: Codes change monthly. If your access expires, simply enter the new month’s code.

3. Where do I find the Facebook monthly code?

We post it each month on our Facebook Subscriber feed. If you can’t find it, email us at [email protected] from your account email.

4. Where is the Members Area?

All downloads and exclusive content are available in the Members Area.

 

B. Accounts & Login

1. I forgot my password.

Click Forgot Password on the Login page.

Note: If you log in using Facebook, you don’t need a password—just continue with Facebook.

2. I see an error when logging in with Facebook.

  • Close the pop-up and try again.

  • Alternatively, open the site in another browser or an incognito/private window.

  • If the issue persists, email us for help.

3. Can I change my email or name?

Yes! Go to My Account → Profile, edit your information, and click Save.

 

C. Access & Content

1. I redeemed a code, but still can’t access exclusive posts.

  • Refresh the page and ensure you’re logged in (check your name in My Account).

  • If content still appears restricted, your access may have expired. Enter the new month’s code.

2. Why do I see blank spaces where ads used to be?

Members don’t see ads. Some spaces may appear briefly while ads load—refresh once, and they’ll disappear.

3. Can I use downloads commercially?

Downloads are for personal use unless otherwise stated. For licensing requests, email [email protected].

 

D. Billing & Plans

1. How do website plans work?

  • Choose a plan on the Pricing page.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • View or cancel anytime in Account → Subscriptions.

2. How do I cancel my plan?

Go to Account → Subscriptions and click Cancel. You’ll keep access until the end of your paid period.

3. What’s the refund policy?

If something isn’t working, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll assist you.

E. Troubleshooting

1. Pages won’t load, or buttons don’t work.

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 or Cmd + Shift + R) or try an incognito window.

  • Disable ad blockers temporarily and try again.

2. I’m logged in, but keep getting logged out.

Ensure cookies are enabled. On Safari, turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

3. I need more help.

Email [email protected] with your account email, a short description, and screenshots if possible. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.

F. Privacy & Data

1. What data do you collect when I log in with Facebook?

We only receive your name and email to create your Hello Lidy account. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
