  • Castor Oil
  • Wool or Cotton Flannels
  • A Small Tablecloth
  • Large Bowl
  • Tongs
  • Scissor

Instructions

  1. Cut the flannels into four rectangular pieces about 12 x 10 inches using a scissor.
  2. Add a sufficient amount of castor oil into a large bowl and spread a small tablecloth on a plain surface.
  3. Now, soak the flannel pieces into the castor oil, one by one.
  4. Once it’s done, take out all the four pieces with tongs and lay them flat on the tablecloth, one over the other.
  5. Now, your castor oil pack is ready to use.

How to Apply

  • First, lay down and put the castor oil pack below the abdominal area.
  • Now, place the heating pad onto the top of the pack and leave it for 30-45 minutes.
  • Then, take off the pack and wash the area with a damp cloth.
