- 2-3 Medium to Large Lemons
- 1-1/2 Cup of Local Honey
- A Chopping Pad
- A Knife
- Large Sized Bowl
- 12 oz Mason Jar with Lid

- It’ll last up to a month in the fridge. However, if mold develops, discard it immediately.
