- 2-3 Medium to Large Lemons
- 1-1/2 Cup of Organic Honey
- A Chopping Pad
- A Knife
- Large Sized Bowl
- 12 oz Mason Jar with Lid

- Scrub and wash your lemons as described in the notes below.
- Sterilized the mason jar and lid with boiled water for 10-15 minutes.
- Next, slice the lemons using a knife.
- Make sure to remove as many seeds as possible from the lemon slices.
- Take the mason jar, put lemon slices into the bottom, and drizzle over a large spoonful of honey. Continue this process until you run out of slices.
- At the same time, use a spoon to push down the sliced lemons in the honey.
- After that, tightly close the jar with the lid, shake it well, and put it into the refrigerator for atleast two days to allow the ingredients to mix well.
